Job Title: Solution Development Lead
Job Summary

Leads a development team to execute project vision and drives team evolution
General Accountabilities
-
Design custom software solutions
-
Own code quality and delivery for projects

Delegate coding assignments to the team

Coordinate with Quality Assurance on delivery and priority

Execute coding, debugging, and unit testing of software products
-
Lead design and code reviews
-
Mentor others on coding practices and code quality

Work with enterprise leadership to plan solution delivery strategies
Job Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science in CS, CIS, MIS, or related field

Minimum Experience: 3+ Years

Preferred Experience: 5+ Years
Skills
-
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented principles and design patterns

Ability to lead a team and work with other functional areas

Familiarity with web applications

Ability to work within an Agile environment

Manufacturing / Engineering domain knowledge a plus, but not required
